I have thirty years’ experience as an artist, trainer, and program developer which led me to wonder about how creativity works in our minds and impacts our daily problem solving. While pursusing a Masters of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership I researched the science and neuroscience behind creativity which substantiated my belief that creativity is both innate and teachable. Like our fingerprints, we all have diverse sets of creative capacities and skills, which can be enhanced through training and practice.

Utilizing methods from creativity research, adult learning theory, change leadership processes, and the neuroscience of creativity we enhance innate creative abilities and support your drive to innovate.
